S-240A.R

Description:
Hardfacing of rollers, gears, crane wheels and abrasive parts of various machines. Very stable arc. Good covering property and excellent removability of slag. Beautiful bead finish and low spatter loss. Loss abrasive resistance, medium impactresistance and fairly good cutting property.

Mechanical properties:
Hardness 200 - 330 HB

S-240A.R


S-350A.R

Description:
S-350A.R is a titania type electrode which has a good workability and depositsmachinable allweld metal. Slag removability and weld metal appearance are good. Machining can be done with high-speed steel cutter. Quenching can be done aftermachining. Suitable for intermetallic light abrasion hardfacing of keys clutch lugs.

Mechanical properties:
Hardness 280 - 430 HB

S-350A.R


S-260A.B

Description:
For intermetallic light abrasion, hardfacing and repairing of worn parts such asshafts, gears, wheels, etc. Stable arc. Beautiful bead appearance. Good flow andeasy removal of the slag. High abrasion resistance and impact resistance.

Mechanical properties:
Hardness 240 - 380 HB

S-260A.B


S-350B.B

Description:
For intermetallic abrasion, hardfacing of fans, upper rollers and sprockets. Machining is possible, in general. Hardness increases by quenching after machining. It is suitable for intermetallic abrasion and moderate impact abrasion.

Mechanical properties:
Hardness 280 - 470 HB

S-350B.B


S-450B.B

Description:
For intermetallic abrasion and light soil abrasion. Hardfacing of idlers, rollers,bulldozer blades, sprockets, caterpillar links, crushers, dipper teeth and conveyors. The deposited metal of S-450B.B has the mixed metal structure of austenite and martensite and it has a high grade or hardness and machining is a little bit difficult.

Mechanical properties:
Hardness 330 - 420 HB

S-450B.B


S-500B.B

Description:
S-500B.B is an electrode designed for putting prime importance on hardness, but not neglecting toughness. Machining is difficult. The welds become passablymild with gradual cooling after welding. It is suitable for heavy duty intermetallic abrasion and light impact abrasion. Hardfacing of idlers and truck links.

Mechanical properties:
Hardness 480 - 520 HB

S-500B.B


S-600B.B

Description:
S-600B.B is an electrode depositing all-weld metal of typical martensite structure. It is suitable for soil abrasion. The weld softens with the heat. For intermetallic heavy abrasion and soil abrasion. Hardfacing of lower rollers and bucket edges.

Mechanical properties:
Hardness 490 - 530 HB

S-600B.B


S-700B.B

Description:
S-700B.B is an electrode depositing weld metal of martensite which is harder than that of S-600B.B. This electrode, all-weld metal of very hard martensite structure containing small quantity of austenite structure. Machining is impossible “as welded”.For soil abrasion. Hardfacing of cutting knives and casings.

Mechanical properties:
Hardness 450 - 540 HB

S-700B.B


S-711

Description:
S-711 is highly resistant to abrasion without impacts. S-711 is an electrode depositing wild metal of austenite structure which is harder than that of S-700B.B. This electrode deposits weld metal of austenite structure containing Cr-Carbide.Machining is impossible‘ as-welded’. For Mills to crush clinker in cement industry, screws of crushing grains in oil industry.

Mechanical properties:
Hardness 610 HB

S-711


S-13MN.B

Description:
Good covering property and removability of the slag. Low spatter loss. Beautifulbead appearance. Very high impact resistance. Good resistance to abrasion. Cutting property is impossible. For impact scraping abrasion. Crusher hammers,crusher jaws, crusher rolls and conveyor buckets.

Mechanical properties:
Hardness 220 - 480 HB
